Game Day is somehow a reward system that the school has been doing for a long time now.
Students do challenge books and as a reward for finishing an entire challenge (we have blue, pink, red, yellow, green... challenges) they get a game day.
During game days, students do their usual routines but instead of having lesson proper they get to choose 2-3 games to play.
It's good to give students something to look forward to after they finish a particular set of lesson. It works as a good motivation.

Hello!
I want to share with you the things that I do to cope,
these are the things that ususally lifts me up when I feel down.
If you have read my first blog entry in here you would know that moving here was a big jump for me. Being here for a holiday is different from being here for employment.
It requires quite an adjustment and i'm slowly finding my balance.
The right amount of everything work, play, and music.
Three factors that are helping me keep my sanity; music, driving, food, and onsen (hot spring).
(I mostly listen to BTS, you should check them out. Their song lyrics are amazing)
(with food I can pretty much anything but here some of what I enjoyed most)
One more important thing I have learned is that we have be careful with who we surround ourselves with.
I am trying my best to start surrounding myself with people who gives out positive energy and people who genuinely wants to be with me just because they want to be with me.
I feel like I have had enough negativity in the past and I don't want them anymore.
As much as possible, I only make time for those who brightens up my dull light.

How we arrange our classroom is very important; such as, placing posters, storing toys and board games.
Even the lighting and room temperature should be considered, students need to feel comfortable for them to learn effectively.
We have to make sure to provide a good learning environment for our students.
(e.g. farm animals and zoo animals)
(e.g. fruits and vegetables)Personally I think that grouping posters is important, poster with the same topic should be placed side by side as it will be easier for the students to figure out their relations.
Alphabet cut-outs(both capital and small letters) and photo examples are also a must have in a classroom, it helps students familiarize with the alphabets faster.
I think a good classroom is something that is more informative and less distracting, it should provide comfort and ease for both the teacher and the learners.
