As we officially enter the summer season, let me briefly talk about spring. Spring 2020 was something out of the usual it was spent indoors. It was when the whole nation was in a state of emergency because of the pandemic. This year however we get to go out as long as we follow safety measures, such as wearing a mask. 

This Spring compared to last year felt a lot normal. People carry on with their daily lives. I live in Fukushima City, although it is situated in a big prefecture(Fukushima is considered to be the 3rd largest prefecture(area) according to my good old friend, Google) it is a small quiet city, and Compared to bigger, more popular cities we have lesser cases of Covid19. 

This Spring I get to freely walk around. I also had the chance to go and visit Aizu-Wakamatsu Castle, also known as Tsuruga Castle while the Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom.

I went there with my aunt and cousins. We rent kimonos and took photos with the Cherry Blossoms. It was a fine day, and I had so much fun. This Spring really felt like a new beginning.
